Amazfit HYROX Washington D.C. brings HYROX — the World Series of Fitness Racing — to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The format is the same at every HYROX race worldwide: racers alternate 8 x 1km runs with 8 functional workout stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls — racing solo, as a Doubles pair, or on a Relay team. Open to first-timers and elite athletes alike.
