Runners choose a 5K or a mixed-timed format covering as many loops as they can manage in three or six hours, and there is a dedicated three-hour ruck division for those carrying weight. Everything starts at 9:00 AM and closes at 3:00 PM, and the event runs as a fundraiser for the South Mountain Conservancy.
