THE LONG RUCK

If you outlast everyone else, you win. There is no finish line and no time cap. If it takes forever, we’ll ruck forever. The question is: how long can you last?

There are two divisions: Male and Female (two winners).

Packing List – required

• A GORUCK rucksack (Rucker recommended) – must have reflectivity
• Ruck Plate in your rucksack
  • Men = 20 lb.
  • Women = 20 lb.
• Water/Hydration. 4 Liters.
• Headlamp
• Dry Bag (or equivalent)
• Windbreaker or waterproof jacket
• Any medication you might need
• Photo ID
• Cell Phone (Emergency use only)
• Watches are approved
• Sustenance items recommended
