LT Games is Life Time’s hybrid-fitness competition series – a single continuous workout staged inside a Life Time club, where athletes move through 17 stations in a fixed order and choose their own weight and rep scheme at each one under a weight-to-rep scoring system. The series launched in October 2025 at Life Time Target Center in Minneapolis and is presented by apparel brand Ten Thousand.
This edition is the first LT Games held outside Minneapolis: Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Life Time Frisco, 4900 Throne Hall Way, Frisco, TX, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, staged in the club’s new HYBRID XT studio. The field is capped at 144 athletes. Heats run four athletes at a time every 15-20 minutes with a dedicated judge per athlete, and each station carries a six-minute cap – an athlete who does not finish the assigned work is moved forward with a six-minute penalty added. Male and female athletes have separate targets at most stations. Movements span running, rowing, ski erg, deadlifts, shoulder-to-overhead, dumbbell work, wall balls, box jumps and medicine-ball carries.
Entry is $249 per athlete for Life Time members of at least six months and $299 for general registration. Member early access opened July 14, 2026 and general registration opened July 16, 2026. Athletes must be 18 or older; prior competition experience is encouraged but not required. The prize purse is $25,000, split between the top male and female finishers at $7,500 for first, $3,500 for second and $2,500 for third.
Spectating is free and open to anyone with no minimum age; spectators check in at the club’s main entrance. Athletes are told to bring their registration confirmation, photo ID, athletic gear, closed-toe shoes and their own nutrition.
Life Time runs registration, publishes the rule book and movement standards, and hosts an event-day livestream on its own LT Games site. The day-by-day competition schedule had not been posted there at the time of this listing, so check that site for start times and heat assignments.
