Life Time is a Minnesota-headquartered operator of athletic country clubs across the United States and Canada, and the producer of a large slate of owned endurance and fitness events. LT Games is Life Time’s hybrid-fitness competition series, launched in October 2025 at Life Time Target Center in Minneapolis and presented by apparel brand Ten Thousand.

Each LT Games edition is a single continuous workout staged inside a Life Time club. Athletes move through 17 stations in a fixed order and choose their own weight and rep scheme at each one, under a weight-to-rep scoring system that rewards pacing and strategy as much as raw output. Fields are capped (130-144 athletes depending on the edition), heats run four athletes at a time every 15-20 minutes with dedicated judges, and there is a per-station time cap with a penalty for unfinished work. Male and female athletes have separate targets at most stations.

Both Life Time members and non-members can enter, at different price tiers. Registration, rule book, movement standards, results and event-day livestream are all published on Life Time’s own LT Games site at ltgames.lifetime.life.
