ZhongAn HYROX Shanghai

HYROX races in Hall 3 of the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Centre in Pudong on 31 October and 1 November 2026, with ZhongAn as title partner. The course is the standardised HYROX test used at every race worldwide: eight one-kilometre runs alternating with eight workout stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls — contested indoors against the clock. Singles, doubles and relay entries are sold, and spectator tickets are available separately. Entry pricing for this race is listed on the official ticket shop; check there for the current figure in local currency. No start time is published in advance; athletes receive a wave assignment a few days before racing.
