F45 Training Sugarhouse is a group fitness studio in the Sugar House neighbourhood of Salt Lake City. As part of F45’s designation as official training partner of HYROX, the studio runs HYROX Sim, HYROX Signature Teaser and Half HYROX sessions, and offers showers, an infrared sauna and on-site parking.
