Orchard Street Runners is a New York City run club founded by Joe DiNoto. Its Tuesday night runs meet at 6:45pm and depart at 7:00pm, run at threshold pace and go without headphones, with each week’s route published in advance and runners expected to know it before turning up. The club states that everyone is welcome. It also organises the OSR Proto Series, a five-race championship season across Manhattan and Brooklyn that finishes with a 13.1-mile checkpoint race on Halloween night, and the races are open to anyone — you do not need to be running the series to enter one.
Every event worth a weekend, in one email. Rucking, hybrid fitness, obstacle and endurance, wherever in the country they are.
