HYROX Gdańsk

HYROX comes to the Gdańsk International Fair at AMBEREXPO over the weekend of 10 and 11 October 2026. The format is identical at every HYROX race: eight one-kilometre runs alternating with eight workout stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls — contested indoors against the clock. Athletes can enter as singles, in doubles, or as part of a relay team, and spectator tickets are sold separately for anyone coming to watch the floor. HYROX publishes no start time ahead of the weekend; athletes are given a provisional wave and a confirmed slot only a few days before racing, so treat the two days as the window to plan around.
