The course is the standardised HYROX test run worldwide: eight one-kilometre runs alternating with eight workout stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls — contested indoors against the clock. Singles, doubles and relay entries are sold, and spectator tickets are available separately. Entry is priced at a single published figure here rather than a range. No start time is published ahead of the event; athletes receive a wave assignment a few days before their race day.
Less Every event worth a weekend, in one email. Rucking, hybrid fitness, obstacle and endurance, wherever in the country they are.
