The course is HYROX’s global format, the same in every host city: eight one-kilometre runs alternating with eight functional stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls — all indoors and timed end to end. Individual, doubles and relay entries are sold, as are spectator tickets.
