The weekend opens Friday, October 2 at 6:00 PM with the free MOG Mile WOD. Saturday, October 3 runs three timed ruck distances back to back: a 26.2 Miler at 6:00 AM (11-hour cutoff), a 12 Miler at 9:00 AM (5-hour cutoff), and a 5K at 9:30 AM (2.5-hour cutoff), each carrying a 10 lb ruck for women and 20 lb for men, followed by the Ruckapalooza fitness festival from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
