In its Trail series a team stays at a single basecamp — Ragnar Village — and runners rotate one at a time through three looped courses of different length and difficulty, running through the day and night and sleeping in tents between legs.
Ragnar Trail Arkansas runs Friday 2 April to Saturday 3 April 2027 at Centennial Park, 500 S Centennial Park Lane, Fayetteville, Arkansas, on the purpose-built mountain-bike trail system across Centennial Park and Kessler Mountain in the Ozarks. The three loops total 124.8 miles across a full team rotation, about 15.6 miles per runner on an 8-person team, with roughly 1,723 feet of climbing per runner.
Four team formats are offered: Standard (8 runners, $1,495 per team, about $186 a runner), Ultra (4 runners, $900, about $225 a runner), Black Loop (2 runners, $425, about $212 a runner) and Sprint (3 runners, one day, $375, about $125 a runner).
Registration is handled by Ragnar on Let’s Do This, its own ticketing platform, and is reached from the Register button on the race page linked above. Check that page for tent rental and camping options, the current loop maps and Ragnar’s transfer and refund policy.
