The arena is in Solna, adjoining Stockholm rather than in the city centre, though HYROX brands the race as Stockholm and the venue is a short commuter ride from the middle of town. The race format is the same one used at every HYROX worldwide: eight one-kilometre runs alternating with eight functional stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls — contested indoors and timed from gun to finish. Entries are sold for individuals, doubles pairs and relay teams, with spectator tickets available alongside.
Less Every event worth a weekend, in one email. Rucking, hybrid fitness, obstacle and endurance, wherever in the country they are.
